After renewing your annual Yurbi subscription term, or when extending a trial license period, it may be necessary to refresh all activated license keys to ensure Yurbi has the most current licenses and expiration dates. This action will contact the license server and get a fresh copy of the licenses that are active for the installation. Generally our Customer Success team will advise you when this is needed, however following this procedure you can refresh at any time.
Use the following steps to refresh installed licenses:
Log into Yurbi as an Admin user
Go to the Yurbi Administration page
From the Admin page, click Licenses to go to the license management page
Click Refresh Licenses
NOTE: If your instance of Yurbi is offline and not connected to the Internet or unable to reach our online License Servers, our Customer Success team will email or provide you a link to download a license key file that you can upload into Yurbi to refresh licenses or extend trial expiration dates.
