Permission: Viewable to any user with access to the server URL.The Guest Library Folder is a special area where you can store your reports or dashboards, making them openly available to anyone, including anonymous or guest users. Reports viewable in the Guest Library must have a Public View Report License assigned to them.
The Guest Library is very similar to the Library accessible to logged in users with the following exceptions:
1. The Guest Library does not have a Favorites or Private library area.
2. Guest Library users can only run and view reports and/or dashboards.
3. While users can leverage filters, prompts, and saved views, they cannot create or save any personal views.
4. While users can view dashboards, they cannot create their own dashboards
5. Guest users can export and print reports, but they are unable to schedule reports for email delivery
