If you see this error when you initially try to login after a new install, the most likely cause of this is the installation process was unable to complete some file renaming.
Go to the c:\program files (x86)\yurbi\www\bin directory
All the files that end with the _www.dll should be deleted.
Alternatively you can uninstall and reinstall and ensure you right click the install and select "Run as Administrator."
If this does not solve the issue, please zip up the LOGS directory under c:\program files (x86)yurbi and send to our support team.
